This Terms of Service ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions between the user ("User") and Nvibe ("Company") regarding the use of the mobile game service "Pixel Guardians: Idle RPG" ("Service").
1. Purpose
This Agreement aims to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and Users in relation to the use of the "Pixel Guardians: Idle RPG" Service.
2. Definitions
User: A person who uses the Service provided by the Company under this Agreement.
Content: All digital assets provided within the game including characters, items, and currency.
Account: A user identification method created or linked to use the Service.
IAP (In-App Purchase): Paid items or services within the game.
Advertisements: Third-party marketing content integrated in the game.
Backend Service: External backend platform (The Backend) used to manage user data and game operations.
3. Effect and Amendment
This Agreement becomes effective when posted in the game or on the relevant website. The Company may revise this Agreement in accordance with applicable laws and will notify users at least 7 days in advance of changes. If a user does not agree to the changes, they may discontinue use and terminate their account.
4. Formation of Agreement
The Agreement is formed when a User installs, runs, or links an account to the Service and agrees to the terms. The Company may request additional information if necessary.
5. Privacy
The Company protects personal data in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy.
6. Obligations of the Company
The Company shall strive to provide continuous and stable services.
The Company shall maintain security systems to safeguard user data.
7. Obligations of Users
Users must comply with the Agreement and in-game rules.
Users must not:
Use the Service through dishonest or unauthorized means
Steal another User’s account
Infringe on intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
Disrupt the Service through ad abuse or automated tools
8. Changes and Suspension of Service
The Company may change or suspend part or all of the Service for improvement, system maintenance, or other business reasons, and will notify Users in advance or afterward.
9. Advertisements and Paid Services
The game includes advertisements. Users may watch ads to receive rewards.
IAPs follow platform policies (Google Play, Apple App Store) and applicable law.
Minors must obtain legal guardian consent to make purchases.
10. Disclaimer
The Company is not liable for damages caused by force majeure or system failure not attributable to the Company.
The Company is not responsible for damages resulting from a User’s own fault.
The Company is not responsible for issues caused by third-party websites or advertisements.
11. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights to the game and its content belong to the Company or rightful third parties. Users must not use or copy them without permission.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from this Agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the court at the Company’s principal office location.
Additional Clause
This Agreement takes effect as of Jan 1, 2026.
